Pair O' Docs House Floor 1

This was a fun house to design, it, like all my house plans is a rough draft. That being said it was fun to do. This is a pair o’ docs house, you know after the doc Martian shoes? We have one boot house in America, [link] but I thought we need to go one above that and though docs are a British shoe I love them, and would so love to build a house like this.

So this is the first floor, as you can see it has a large open concept main floor with large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a utility room and a full bathroom next to a guest/office/whatever room on this floor. It sits on a concrete pad that is roughly a foot or so off the ground and serves as a patio/deck.
